Julekuppet (The Christmas Caper)

Julekuppet is an action-adventure 'julekalender,' or 'Christmas calendar,' a 24-episode half-hour television series running December 1-24, centered around a children's chorus. A boy joins a chorus as a cover for an ambitious heist he plans: to break through the vault where the Danish crown jewels are kept in order to uncover a long-lost Viking hoard buried below. He must gather fellow chorus members in order to make his way past the most advanced security system in Denmark. As he plans his heist while rehearsing with the chorus for their upcoming Christmas concert, he grows to love singing with the choir and uses the Viking treasure to save it from being disbanded. There will be original music composed for the series, with a soundtrack album released along with the series.
