Head of Development and Producer Anette Funch Thomassen

Anette initiated and headed Europe’s foremost film training program, North by Northwest, for ten years. She has a wide range of contacts in the film world, both throughout Europe and the U.S., and through North by Northwest has been involved with the development of countless movies, many of which have been produced with critical and box office success.

Creative Producer, Script Editor and Screenwriter Philip LaZebnik

Philip was based in Los Angeles for many years and is now living in Denmark. He has numerous movie and television credits, but he is perhaps best known for the animated features films he wrote for Disney and DreamWorks: Pocahontas, Mulan and Prince of Egypt. He has been a consultant for many more animated and live action movies, including Shrek and Antz. Since moving to Denmark, while continuing to work for Hollywood, he has also written many European movies including Asterix and the Vikings in France and Denmark; the three Templar Knights movies in Denmark; the three Three Investigator movies in Germany and The Wild Bunch, an animated movie being produced in Jerusalem, to name just a few.

Head of Business Affairs Philip Solomons

Philip Solomons is a lawyer qualified in the UK with over twenty years’ experience of legal and

business affairs in the international movie industries.

He has worked for household name companies including United International Pictures (a joint

venture between Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios) for whom he was General Counsel.

Philip was the international General Counsel for Paramount Pictures, with responsibility for business affairs issues in all markets outside of the US, managing a team of lawyers and others based in London, Paris and LA.
